I was starting to be burdened down by this existential angst of, what have I done with my life.

What is the meaning of the sentence above?

I was starting to be burdened down by this existential angst of, what have I done with my life.

What is the meaning of the sentence above?

The speaker began to feel burdened by his constant questioning of the meaning of his life.
The speaker had been wondering too much about whether he lived his life correctly, so much so it started to become a burden to him.

Hope this helps.

Oops, I forgot to explain the meaning of "existential angst".  Apparently it is a phrase that gives you the explanation angst!   :)

Well, in short, existential angst is a deep anxiety about one's existence.  The anxiety is the result of not knowing and trying to know the meaning of one's life.
