Have +had or has +had sentences

I have had a car since i was seven.This page has had 0 visitors.
I want to understand this type of sentence when has and had or have and had comes together.How can i make such sentences?What does this type of sentence mean?when we use such type of sentence?

Have can be both a main verb and an assistant (auxilliary) verb.

I had breakfast at 0830 this morning. Main verb.
I have eaten lunch already thank you. Assistant verb.
I have had lunch already thank you. Assistant verb and main verb.
I had had breakfast before I left for work. Assistant verb and main verb.

What if i want to say such sentences in present perfect continuous.
I have been having lunch at Mr.john's bungalow.
Is this sentence correct?If not kindly do the needed correction.
