That left her completely helpless.

I would like to know if you accept the following sentence:

That left completely helpless her.

I admit that the ordinary sentence is "That left her completely helpless." But when we want to emphasize "her," is it possible that we put "her" at the end of the sentence and say "That left completely helpless her"? Thanks in advance.  Hideho

No, your sentence won't work really.  English has some basic patterns that are set. One of them is Subject+verb+direct object+other elements such as adverbs/adjectives, etc.  If you want to place emphasis on the "her," you should change the sentence to "She was left completely helpless" which also makes the sentence passive voice.
