"Are you?" or "Aren't you?"

Which do you think is correct as a reply to "I am not in the mood for meat."

(A) Oh, are you?
(B) Oh, aren't you?

I think (B) is acceptable, as the sentence is negative.

What do you think?

I agree, too. And I think B would be the more natural reply.
